RETURNS

If you're not 100% happy with you order, you can return your items for a FULL REFUND on the cost of your garments.


RETURNS

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return any items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a 'as new' condition.
  • Goods being returned, must be in original packaging and still have tags attached.
  • We have the right to refuse goods returned after 14 days from original delivery date or not in perfect resalable condition.


EXCHANGE

  • Once your returned items have been received and inspected, a replacement size/colour will be delivered FREE of charge.
  • If we no longer have the size/colour required for exchange, we may offer an alternative or need to issue a refund.

 

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive returned goods, we will inspect them immediately and confirm receipt of your return.
  • Upon approval we will arrange a refund to the credit card or payment method of the original order.
  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days from approval to appear in your bank account, depending on card issuer's policies
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping cost from the original order will be deducted.


SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost when returning items.
  • We would recommend using a Royal Mail recorded delivery service or a courier when returning orders.
  • We will not accept liability for missing orders due to courier error when returning.
