DELIVERY

All our clothing is individually hand finished by our team of garment decorators, here in Yorkshire so may take approx 3-5 days for delivery

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it is sent via the UPS courier service and you'll receive an email to say your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries charged as follows.....

Basket Value upto £100 = £7.00

Basket Value over £100.01 = FREE

If you miss a UPS delivery, you will have received a UPS InfoNotice™ letting you know that your driver wasn't able to deliver your package.

Use that notice to tell the driver what you want to do with your package. After you update the UPS InfoNotice, place it back in the same location where the driver originally left it. Three atempts at delivering will be made by UPS, if your delivery is returned to us you will need to pay a 2nd delivery charge for us to send the parcel again.

You can use your UPS InfoNotice number online to request a hold on eligible packages. In addition, UPS My Choice members can go to their Delivery Planner to request a hold
